He is 'creative' and 'efficient' in trying to make the deal. At the end, everyone wins! The customer service, Krystin Escobedo, is very patient and kind to our mom (93 years old) who was a little impatient and wanted to leave. Krystin tried to entertain her and we really appreciated her effort. The Finance Manager, Julio Guerrero, is also very pleasant and helpful in telling us all about the option. He is respectful and kind to the customers who go home feeling they are well treated and taken care of. In general, this is one of the best experience our family has in buying a car and will recommend our friends and relatives to go there in the future. Great Job Guys!! More
