Eddie worked with the sales management and finance, and was able to get us into a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue SV with no money down, and taking our trade-in and paying it off. This was, by far the best sales experience with any vehicle purchase. We moved to Finance to complete the deal. Mr. Matos was very professional in completing the sale. Listened to our concern about GAP insurance, and provided the best option, including a service plan. Lamentablemente el concesionario no le hizo el supuesto 101 multi point inspection que el Sr. Joshua Gum me indicó online que se le estaba haciendo. No pude notar esas cosas por las inclemencias del tiempo. Y entiendo que se conocía acerca de los defectos y no tuvieron la dignidad de darme esa información. Conozco bastante de mecánica automotriz y se que el problema ya existía antes de comprarlo. Le envié un email tanto al vendedor el Sr. Eddy Rivera y al gerente de ventas el Sr. Juan Crespo y me indicaron que hoy lunes 20 me avisarían para poder ayudarme con la situación pero no he recibido respuesta acerca.
