Totally incompetant! !!!! Took our 2013 Nissan Altima in for an oil change, when we got in the car we noticed that the kick panel on the frivers side was taken off and not !!!! Took our 2013 Nissan Altima in for an oil change, when we got in the car we noticed that the kick panel on the frivers side was taken off and not put back! They did that to check the cabin filter. If it wasn't for the fact that when we purchased the vehicle we bought the lifetime oil change package I would NEVER go near this dealer again!!!!! More

Allen Webb has a great manager in their service center and everyone's is ways super willing to help. Its the manufacture I am struggling with but these guys are highly professional and continue to speak h and everyone's is ways super willing to help.
