I can honestly say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Zero pressure from my salesman (Edgar who was great). I told him what I wanted, and he made it happen. Ok for one thing the sales person was ok but the person that did the contract charged me $10,000.00 more than what the original price and said that I couldn’t pay cash for that price and I’m very dissatisf that did the contract charged me $10,000.00 more than what the original price and said that I couldn’t pay cash for that price and I’m very dissatisfied with out come I’ve been calling him since Monday and have not talked to him yet. We just purchased our second vehicle in 30 days. Great deal but we were told it had a hitch. It doesn’t. Now we have to purchase one. Just an additional expense I didn’t plan on. They worked hard to figure out the issues with my truck while many obstacles presented themselves. Because of this pandemic transmission parts and whole transmissions were on back order presenting a major while many obstacles presented themselves.
