DO NOT FINANCE HERE! !!! Sales dept Rusty was fine, finance was not. We had a pre approval from suncoast credit and a printout of true car suncoast with their price. We !!! We were adamant we wanted suncoast with our great credit score. Finance came back and said suncoast way too high and 5th and 3rd was best with a 9% finance. Then we asked multiple times why suncoast was not showing. They said we’ll refinance later we tried. Get to finance guy Brian, he states it’s ally financial, the one the salesman said was crap. We want the car and believed them to be honest. Go to suncoast following day and they say the dealer never pulled credit. They are now investigating since they advertise with them. Now we’re still waiting for them to send their paperwork to ally to get it to suncoast. Completely distrustful and and unreliable. We have called almost every day since and either leave a message, or no one is there to help, or they are off, or we got Brad once the Manager. He was to follow up after apologizing, never did. We had multiple people we were to send there, not now. Word of mouth goes a long way. More
