My wife was born in Lancaster, I have been connected to Antelope Valley since 1972, and Toyota of Lancaster has grown more and more friendly, helpful, and much more crisp and clear over the years, especial Antelope Valley since 1972, and Toyota of Lancaster has grown more and more friendly, helpful, and much more crisp and clear over the years, especially in the last 4 years, in their answers to my questions and how they explain the maintenance process for each visit. The sales person, Henry, was almost family-like in his helping me regarding a new car I was thinking about, on the same day as the recall work. I would also like to give special words of appreciation for Erick Bravo: When I arrived back home, later that day, I realized I had left my copy of the (Recall - proof of correction) certificate at Lancaster Toyota. So I called Erick, and since I live over 50 miles from Lancaster, he said he would mail my copy to me, which saved me a lot of mileage and time. Thank-you to you all More

Initial Experience with sales person was good but when I came back a a few days to remove extended warranty was given the run around. Was told that the process took from 6weeks to 2 months.
