John Varela (Service Department) is very professional and considerate. I have also worked with Tony Martinez and Carmen Alicea (Service Department), both are helpful and professional. On one occasion, I needed to speak with Juan Santos. Juan Santos addressed the issue immediately and all was taken care of. Edgar Lacayo, Manuel Mundo, and Diana Garcia (Loaner Vehicle Department) are fabulous. Williamson's courtesy transportation driver's and valet greeters are helpful and friendly. More
