I had the worse experience at Puente Hills Hyundai. They initially quoted me $13,995 for a Santa Fe and I was able to double check the price with TrueCar which quoted $13,795. It took them 2 weeks to get m initially quoted me $13,995 for a Santa Fe and I was able to double check the price with TrueCar which quoted $13,795. It took them 2 weeks to get me the pictures requested because the vehicle wasn't ready. After complaining about the long wait online they finally contacted me with the pictures and I set an appointment for the same day. When I arrived at the dealership we did the test drive and all of a sudden they changed the price to $14,995 even though I had the printout of the agreed price. Their internet manager Yassar did everything to make things worse. Stay away from Yassar Soliman and Edgar Landeros if you value your money. More

We were supposed to see other dealers that day but felt the dealership was managed professionally and made a decision to do the deal without any further searches.
