I bought a car during one of the most challenging times I’ve ever seen (chip shortages, shipping delays, lack of inventory). I talked to at least 8 dealerships over the last 2 years. I finally found Sierra I’ve ever seen (chip shortages, shipping delays, lack of inventory). I talked to at least 8 dealerships over the last 2 years. I finally found Sierra Subaru of Monrovia. They were willing to work with me and I could tell they were not taking advantage of their customers during this unprecedented time. The entire staff was great, but special shout out to Leo Cuevas who helped me with my Outback order and Edgar Oliva who kept me updated the entire time and worked the deal with me on the day my car finally arrived. Edgar was super patient with me and my questions and very fair even during a time when dealers have the upper hand. Our financing guru Michael Cha was also amazing. Patient, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Once everything was said and done, Edgar took the time to really dig into the details of my new car and set me up so I could happily drive off the lot. I am very happy with how everything turned out and I’m excited to continue working with them. I will look to them when I buy my next car. More
