Appropriate staff did not show up for scheduled service so tires were not rotated as scheduled. DEF was not put in truck, had to catch this prior to leaving by noticing on DEF gauge. Edgar immediately went so tires were not rotated as scheduled. DEF was not put in truck, had to catch this prior to leaving by noticing on DEF gauge. Edgar immediately went to shop and found that DEF was indeed not put in truck and poured it in himself. He also documented and assured me that he owes me a tire rotation. Although not convenient to swing by or schedule again for rotation due to living in Quincy, he said if I call him next time I am in wenatchee he can probably fit me in. I appreciate Edgar, his polite and friendly attitude and him making my experience good regardless of the poor execution of servicing my vehicle by the shop staff. More
