Edgar immediately went to shop and found that DEF was indeed not put in truck and poured it in himself. He also documented and assured me that he owes me a tire rotation. Although not convenient to swing by or schedule again for rotation due to living in Quincy, he said if I call him next time I am in wenatchee he can probably fit me in. I appreciate Edgar, his polite and friendly attitude and him making my experience good regardless of the poor execution of servicing my vehicle by the shop staff. More
