She said she could set up a meeting at Herb Chambers for me. I met with Kevin Fitzpatrick(Sales Consultant) and reviewed Chevy Impalas and Equinoxs in detail. After Kevin’s discussions I decided to buy an Impala. Buying a car is not one of my most enjoyable tasks but Kevin made it the pleasant experience. I subsequently met with Brian Dumont(Sales Manager) and John Doucette(Business Manager) to finalize a deal and payment basis. To state the obvious, Herb Chambers is a top quality dealership with, in my opinion, no e Bought my 2014 Chevy Sonic recently and absolutely love it. To state the obvious, Herb Chambers is a top quality dealership with, in my opinion, no equal. I have been a customer there starting in July, 2004 when I bought my first new Chevy. This time around, my salesman was Anthony Dalrymple and he was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, very genuine, courteous, pleasant, and outgoing. We felt immediately at ease with him, like we had known him for years. My approach was somewhat unique in that my wife and I knew exactly the model we wanted - walked over to it and asked to do the paperwork. Anthony went inside, returned with information on what models they had available on the lot (color, options, etc.), and that was that! Zero pressure to complete the transaction, consider a different (I.e. more expensive!) model, nothing. He and John Doucette, one of the managers and another extraordinary human being, worked with me to get the best deal possible at the right time and, again, never pressured me. In my case, John was somewhat of a miracle worker as the finalized deal was an unexpected treat, given my particular situation. Also - they make sure that you know everything there is to know about operating the vehicle you just purchased AND they are extremely attentive to every single detail. For example, transmitting information to your insurance agent (adding the new car, removing the old if there is a trade involved), registering and inspecting the vehicle, detailing it, full tank of gas, warranty... I could go on and on. We literally drove up to the lot with the trade vehicle and drove away in the new one - completely painless. If you happen to be in the market for a car, you can't go wrong here, and I would strongly suggest talking to Anthony. More

Amazing buying experience Hi Everyone, I just wanted to share my absolutely incredible experience buying my beautiful certified pre-owned Hi Everyone, I just wanted to share my absolutely incredible experience buying my beautiful certified pre-owned Chevrolet Equinox, from Herb Chambers Chevrolet. My car guy Anthony Dalrymple was fantastic, we actually joke at home about him being part of the family. Every aspect of the Chevrolet dealership is great from my sales guy Anthony with his humble yet knowledgeable approach to the whole sales team asking me if I needed any water or ice cream, I mean who says no to ice cream. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Anthony with a huge smile and this cheerful excitement about him got me excited to buy a new vehicle that day. At first we were looking at a brand new Equinox but when we saw the certified pre owned it was a no brainer, better warranty than new and a ton of bells & whistles. The process went very smoothly and they actually sent over the pre-owned manager Edison Shurda who gave me more for my trade then I anticipated. I met many managers like Corey Upton who was the numbers guy, I was ready for a battle but not with Corey he spent more time talking about me and my family then we did numbers. The number came out exactly where we wanted to be since I just got engaged therefore we are saving for the wedding, they made it work for my situation and I couldn’t be happier. Last but not least my finance guy Bobby Haddad was awesome; he offered me products in a non-pressuring way that it showed he was trying to help us not sell us. This dealership as a whole is the only place to buy a vehicle from, and the only dealership I would recommend all of my friends and family. A big thanks to all the guys down at Herb Chambers Chevrolet especially our car guy Anthony Dalrymple, we will see you in a few years for our next vehicle. More

Lorne Keplar took care of my taillight and headrest today that i was waiting to have done.
