This location is truly lacking ever since new management took over from the old location. I’ve had several issues in having to take my car back more than once due to the work completed by Infiniti South Bay took over from the old location. I’ve had several issues in having to take my car back more than once due to the work completed by Infiniti South Bay not being the best. Infiniti cars are great but just based on my experience at this location my next car won’t be an Infiniti. The only positive regarding this location is the upkeep of the waiting area. More

When I arrived, Edson greeted me and immediately recognized that my car I made an appointment the day before I brought my car in for an oil change. When I arrived, Edson greeted me and immediately recognized that my car was making an abnormal sound underneath the hood .He said he would check to see what it was. I got my oil changed and the abnormal sound, which was coming from my air conditioner, was repaired as well. I was pleased that I was able to leave my car and pick it up in a about 3 hours when it was finished. Each infiniti representative I encountered had great customer service ann the complimentary car wash was an added bonus! More
