Great deal and great people! Let me just say that I am a woman and this is the first time I bought a car ON MY OWN! I just bought my second Nissan vehicle (the Murano) from Younge Let me just say that I am a woman and this is the first time I bought a car ON MY OWN! I just bought my second Nissan vehicle (the Murano) from Younger and dealt with Shelly Clark. She is amazing! I did not feel pressured to buy the vehicle or any of the upgrades and she dealt with me for over a week trying to decide on which model! She was very patient, friendly and kind! I also dealt with Kevin Caudell (who made made me a nice offer on a trade in) and Ed Beleznay did a quick and awesome job with the financing and showing me my payment options! I felt very welcomed and appreciated there! At the same time I was having my Maxima in for its scheduled maintenance and I dealt with Jay at the front service desk and Joe Asbury in the Maintenance department. Both of whom were very knowledgeable and friendly. I had been dealing with a loud clicking noise for about a year and any other place I took my maxima to have it looked at, nobody took the time to really listen for the noise I was talking about. Joe rode in the car with me and he finally heard what I had been talking about! Yay! And it is covered by warranty!! Philip Sizemore was also a help in getting my Murano cleaned up and ready for me to take it home! He was a definitely a team player and was a funny character as well! Great Staff there! More

Pleasant, easy experience ! We all know how buying a vehicle at some dealerships can take all the joy and excitement out of a new car purchase. That was not the case with my most We all know how buying a vehicle at some dealerships can take all the joy and excitement out of a new car purchase. That was not the case with my most recent purchase from Younger Nissan. My sales person, Shelley Clark, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision before I was ready. I went there one evening and test drove the Pathfinder I was considering, with the understanding that there was another vehicle brand I was looking at, and would not be making a decision that evening. After checking out the other brand a couple of days later, I went back to Younger Nissan, and purchased my new Pathfinder. It was busy the day I went back, but Shelley, with a little help from Brian Rogers, and Kevin Caudell, put the deal together. Then it was on to Ed Beleznay in finance. He got me a great rate, completed the paperwork, and I was out the door. Thanks ! John B. More

Shelly and I have been working via telephone for 2 months awaiting my condo settlement. I can not express enough about her friendliness, courtesy, genuine, PATIENCE, and an honest person. Needless to say, she knows her business about sales, particularly car sales. She has superlative qualities, i.e., knowledge of her work, right on target, via phone conversations for the exact quote I was given, and I could go on. Shelley made my buying a car actually fun. I also, enjoyed meeting and working with Justin, Phil, and Ed. In addition, everyone I passed casually, smiled with had genuine courtesy. For me, however, Shelly Clark is a "gold star employee" for Younger Nissan and I hope you know and realize just what you have in Shelley. The sales person was very informative regarding the vehicle and trying to get us where we needed to be with our payments. We also interacted with the sales manager whom also helped calculate the figures and tried to get us as close as we could to our desired payments. The finance manager as well was very informative regarding the Gap insurance and the financial aspect of the warranties. After all was said and done we still received great customer service with our sales person whom took us through the car once more to give us detailed instructions on some of the features of the car. Overall we were very pleased with our experience at Younger Nissan. More
