EVERYTHING IS GREAT. HOWEVER, WHEN DOING A FINAL CLEAN BEFORE PRESENTING TO THE CUSTOMER SOMEONE NEEDS TO CHECK THE CAR OVER. THE WINDOWS WERE TOTALLY SMEARED AND HARD TO SEE OUT. AND ONE PIECE, LOWER DR BEFORE PRESENTING TO THE CUSTOMER SOMEONE NEEDS TO CHECK THE CAR OVER. THE WINDOWS WERE TOTALLY SMEARED AND HARD TO SEE OUT. AND ONE PIECE, LOWER DRIVER SIDE REAR WAS LOOSE. I really have nothing bad or critical to say about my new car purchasing experience at Frederick Nissan. I was in the ready to buy stage of looking for my new car and it was just a matter of finding the one car purchasing experience at Frederick Nissan. I was in the ready to buy stage of looking for my new car and it was just a matter of finding the one I wanted with the right trim level, options, and color preferences. I located it late one night online at Frederick Nissan and requested a quote. Jeff Lasko called me first thing the next morning and quickly quoted me an on the road price I felt was fair compared to other quotes I had received for less desirable versions of the car I was looking for. When I got to the dealership and met Jeff, he had the car prepped and ready for me to test drive. Words that come to mind when I think of Jeff...Friendly, enthusiastic, amicable, genuine, and knowledgeable. Not typical words you think of when you think of car salesmen. You can just tell Jeff likes what he does and he knows the product he is selling inside and out and enjoys telling you about it at length. Even if you think you know everything you need to know about the car you are buying, Jeff will teach you something you didn't know. When it came time to do the deal, I started to get nervous that they were going to spring some extra fees or hidden charges on me and force me to walk away from the deal. This didn't happen. They did try to sell me the $500 protection plan but did not pressure me one bit when I declined it. I've had other dealers do things like try to say you can't decline it because it is already on the car. Not here. I declined, we moved on with the sale. The price I paid was exactly (actually $15 less) than the price we had agreed to on the phone. The finance manager, Ed Beleznay, was courteous and professional just like everybody else I met at Frederick Nissan that day and he did not try any sleazy tactics to try and milk extra cash out of us at all. He quickly got us in, walked us through signing the paperwork, and got us out. All in all this new car buying experience was no less pleasant than your average trip to the grocery store. All my fears and misgivings about getting ripped off buying a new car turned out to be totally unfounded. When you buy a new car here, you drive it off the lot with a FULL tank of gas. Gas prices what they are these days, that is saying something. The dealership is neat, clean, and spacious and has comfortable waiting areas with good size TV's with news and sports you can watch while you wait, complementary fresh ground coffee, bottled water, fresh popped popcorn, and wireless internet access for customers. More

Was looking for a quality used car for my wife and the Nissan Murano was my prime target. After two weeks of searching too many online sites and going to all of the used car "specialists" between Hagersto Nissan Murano was my prime target. After two weeks of searching too many online sites and going to all of the used car "specialists" between Hagerstown and Rockville, I stopped by Frederick Nissan to see what was available. What I didn't want was to be chum for a shark and have to fend off an overzealous sales person. Then I met Jeff Lasko. He asked questions, actually listened to my answers, and then helped me find what was right for me, instead of what he wanted me to buy. No pressure, no bs. I took a sweet 2006 Murano for a 45 min. test drive and to show my wife for the final approval. Two hours later I called him to ask if I could keep it until 3:00. He said to keep it until you're sure it's right "for you and your family". At 6:00 my wife and I were back to finalize the deal. After going through the preliminary info gathering with Jeff, he sent us on to Finance Manager Ed Beleznay to complete the purchase. I was expecting the traditional add-on hard sell (undercoating, warranty, etc.), but it never happened. Ed was honest, straight forward, and professional throughout the entire process. Even the next day when there was a glitch with the trade-in title transfer, Ed worked around our schedule to get it right (even though it was my fault!). Overall, it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had(I'm 50) and I will be recommending Frederick Nissan and their staff to everyone I know that's looking for a great price and great customer service!
