Mr. Mark Trinble was very thorough in explaining the vehicle I wanted and was right to the point. We did not waste a lot of time and closed the deal in record time with no hitches. They sent me a lett vehicle I wanted and was right to the point. We did not waste a lot of time and closed the deal in record time with no hitches. They sent me a letter saying that they could get me into the same or like model with my same payment and they did just that - actually I will be paying a lower monthly payment. I must admit that I was lucky enough to spend my initial visit with the General Manager (Steve Farley) to get a full explanation of how trade ins are valued and calculated and the ability to locate my desir visit with the General Manager (Steve Farley) to get a full explanation of how trade ins are valued and calculated and the ability to locate my desired vehicle from another state and Dealership. This was a very valuable experience. We decided that Younger Nissan was the place fro us to do business. The day came to pick up our new vehicle and to drop off our trade ins, and we were expecting to have to spend hours doing the paperwork and financing. We were in and out in less than 2.5 hours. We were very pleased. It was the most painless experience we have ever had when working with a Car Dealership. More

I would highly recommend Kyle Warfield to anyone looking to buy a new/used car. I have been wanting to get a new vehicle for a couple of months now but wanted to wait until I moved to Maryland so I would no to buy a new/used car. I have been wanting to get a new vehicle for a couple of months now but wanted to wait until I moved to Maryland so I would not have to pay for tags and all the other fees twice. I first talked to Kyle in April and have been working with him ever since. He did a wonderful job of checking in and would always call when he said that he would. It has been great working for him and look forward to working with him the next time I purchase a car! I also had a great experience working with Ed when we were finishing up the deal. A ROUND TRIP TO THE DEALERSHIP INVOLVES OVER 400 MILES ROUND TRIP, SO AFTER VIEWING A VEHICLE ON THE INTERNET POSTED BY THE LIVING IN PITTSBURGH PA. A ROUND TRIP TO THE DEALERSHIP INVOLVES OVER 400 MILES ROUND TRIP, SO AFTER VIEWING A VEHICLE ON THE INTERNET POSTED BY THE DEALERSHIP, IHAD TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE DETAILS WERE WELL UNDERSTOOD AND EVERYTHING LINED-UP CORRECTLY BEFORE EMBARKING ON A DAY LONG TRIP THAT DIDN'T RESULT IN EVERYONE'S WASTED TIME. Drove vehicle in unannounced as I couldn't risk waiting any longer for a solution or help with power loss for the sake of safety for vehicle, driver, and traffic. I was greated cordially and accepted with assistance promptly with pleasant demeanor by all. I was not being able to drive from home to dealership in Frederick, a distance of approximately 58 miles without needing to charge or else having no peace about arriving before power was gone. If I used the radio, lights, heater, windshield wipers it was just like the power was disappearing like like drinking a glass of water. It had been two months to the date that I was struggling with this issue and I felt I had a good feel for "Miss Miracle" and knew that was not what the company or dealership would want me to constantly fret about. She is more "grand" than that! More
