This was the most pleasant car experience I ever received. This specific Lexus location (Viera) was filled with the most AUTHENTICALLY KIND, PROFESSIONAL, EMPATHETIC, FUNNY, & DOWN TO EARTH-YET EXC received. This specific Lexus location (Viera) was filled with the most AUTHENTICALLY KIND, PROFESSIONAL, EMPATHETIC, FUNNY, & DOWN TO EARTH-YET EXCEPTIONALLY THOROUGH individuals I have ever met in my life. We all know car buying experiences can be immensely stressful. NOT this time! They take their time, they cross at’: and dot their i’s; yet are still so incredibly accommodating and just REAL. From the receptionist, to the General Manager. It didn’t matter what title they had, this location truly treats everyone who walks through the door (regardless or race, color, or creed) like family. Never had a car experience like this before. Even my mother wants a 2021 now. I’ve never left a review for any company before, but this one truly delivered.
