Our reconditioning and transportation fees are clearly disclosed—not only on every vehicle listing (VDP) on our website and on our homepage, but also itemized on every customer worksheet we provide during the buying process. We do this to make sure every detail is clearly understood before any commitment is made.
We also want to emphasize that we honor every signed agreement. If you have a contract from us that reflects different pricing than what was agreed upon, we will absolutely make it right—no exceptions.
And to give our customers added peace of mind, we offer a 7-day return policy—no questions asked. In your case, we’d even extend that to 30 days. If you feel the vehicle you purchased wasn’t worth the value you expected, we would offer a full refund.
