I came in for a software safety recall that ended up taking longer than expected, but the amazing customer service more than made up for it. Ben, in particular, was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. He was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond — he even arranged a ride to my workplace and picked me up afterward. Truly top-notch service from Ben! More
