If there was something I didn't like, uncomfortable with or unfamiliar to (all the new technology/bells and whistles), Anthony immediately adjusted and was patient with any needed explanations making sure I was more than satisfied with my purchase. Even the finance team made sure I was given not only the best option possible but what worked for me. I'm a retiree, so a monthly budget was important with my sale.
