Bought a 2025 Q7 here and chose Atanas as my sales person due to his 5 star rating. He was nice and cordial during the buying process but after purchasing my vehicle he's not helpful anymore. Made an appointment to show me how the features on this vehicle works but when I came, he passed me on to his other colleague instead, I was told that he got another customer to tend to. Also, the new vehicle has a squeaking rear passenger door, I told his colleague about it and to Atanas as well, they said they will get back to me but up to now, haven't heard anything from them. I'm very disappointed with whole thing, should have brought my business elsewhere. More
