My service advisor, Edwin Chan, had mentioned the need for transmission fluid and transfer case fluid change at 45,000 on my last visit when I had an oil change on my 2018 Suburban. He didn't pressure me for transmission fluid and transfer case fluid change at 45,000 on my last visit when I had an oil change on my 2018 Suburban. He didn't pressure me, just gave me the price and I said "maybe next time." I received a coupon from Huffines for 15% off and called to see if James Wood would honor it. The person who answered said "yes" and even quoted a price net of the coupon. I made an appointment and came in yesterday morning to have it done. You quoted a time and I waited. Edwin saw to it that it was completed properly and on time. Even washed my car. Edwin is a STAR!!! More

Had an issue with my air conditioning unit in my truck. It was an intermittent issue so it had to be "tracked down" so to speak over a couple days. They ended up replacing a sensor that seemed to fix it. W It was an intermittent issue so it had to be "tracked down" so to speak over a couple days. They ended up replacing a sensor that seemed to fix it. When I went to pick the truck up I started it and sure enough the issue came back. So I brought it home and took it back in the next morning. The ended up replacing a second sensor and that was evidenlly the ticket because it's been working great ever since. The cool thing is, they did not charge me for the second sensor (different one than the one they originally replaced) nor the labor charge for replacing it. Being retired and on a fixed income that was really helpful! Gaven, the service rep and the technicians tracked the problem down. More
