Rachel was my contact for an oil and filter change! She was awesome! I was able to use my Cadillac Rewards thanks to her knowledge and I received the best complimentary wash I have ever gotten! I am unhappy because they did not have a ride home for me. I had to wait for an hour for them to get me a ride home. When I got home they called me to say that my car was ready, so I had someone take me me. I had to wait for an hour for them to get me a ride home. When I got home they called me to say that my car was ready, so I had someone take me to James Wood. After for waiting for another 45 minuted, I got my car and went home. Does this sound like an organization this knows what it is doing. Where else can I go for a simple oil change?? More

Good experience. Got me in right at 7am!! Had oil changed and tire rotation done. About 30min after I left the dealership, I got a call from the shop manager informin Got me in right at 7am!! Had oil changed and tire rotation done. About 30min after I left the dealership, I got a call from the shop manager informing me they forgot to put my lug nut key back in my truck. Without hesitation he said he would send some to my house and stick it in the mail box . Really appreciated that !!!! More

I came back after my brand new AC compressor failed 2 months later. The Service Manager was polite and very responsive in getting my vehicle serviced. The only thing that was missing was a loaner vehicle months later. The Service Manager was polite and very responsive in getting my vehicle serviced. The cashier in the service department is not very friendly. She didn't greet me when I walked up. She ignored me and let me stand there for a few minutes before she even addressed me.
