My Suburban was damaged while the in for a new transmission and you refused to repair the damage and said the damage was there when the Suburban as brought in. Not true. The car had hail damage transmission and you refused to repair the damage and said the damage was there when the Suburban as brought in. Not true. The car had hail damage when I brought in but the hood paint was not damaged, That was damage done by your people, All you have to do is look at the depth of the hail dents in the paint damaged area and the scratches. My service advisor, Edwin Chan, had mentioned the need for transmission fluid and transfer case fluid change at 45,000 on my last visit when I had an oil change on my 2018 Suburban. He didn't pressure me for transmission fluid and transfer case fluid change at 45,000 on my last visit when I had an oil change on my 2018 Suburban. He didn't pressure me, just gave me the price and I said "maybe next time." I received a coupon from Huffines for 15% off and called to see if James Wood would honor it. The person who answered said "yes" and even quoted a price net of the coupon. I made an appointment and came in yesterday morning to have it done. You quoted a time and I waited. Edwin saw to it that it was completed properly and on time. Even washed my car. Edwin is a STAR!!! More
