A wrong made right Got off to a rocky start with this dealership due to an internet salesperson who made promises that were not feasible. Second chance Efrain was great! Easy to work with and patient. I was very close to switching dealers because of my experience with another sales person! I was tol Efrain was great! Easy to work with and patient. I was very close to switching dealers because of my experience with another sales person! I was told I had a deal verbally and then was told it couldn't be done on my way to sign. It left a very bad taste after being a Lexus lesee for 10 years! But I think Efrain has found a family of Lexus owners that will keep coming back to him! On a side note you need more people verifying insurance. Waiting for one person to do that is exhausting. And the gentleman doing it was so slowwwwwwww. More
