This is my 3rd Lexus from North Miami Lexus so you would think the process would get easier each time but it hasn’t. I believe returning customers shouldn’t have to fight for the best deal. I negotiated on a price, Fianance documents reflect something else. Did NML make it right, yes but it doesn’t change my experience. My biggest problem is, the salesman. Salesman don’t SELL any more. All they do is open the door and hood. I guess upselling isn’t in their job description anymore because with all 3 of my Lexus, I found about features that I most certainly would’ve wanted on my car but I wasn’t made aware of certain car features and packages, such as triple beam headlights and back window shades etc. I felt rushed to buy. When spending $50K plus, I would like to feel good about my purchase. Nonetheless, Lev was very nice and if he’s still at NML for my next purchase…I’m willing to give him a shot at changing my impression about sells. I don’t know if it’s common among buyers but with every car purchase, I felt like I was being dupe because of the lack of transparency. Nonetheless, if I decide to go with NML again, I will have a game plan that won’t be broken. More

Alfred made everything right and he is such a great manager and person that is hard to find these days. A person that will go above and beyond and do good by it in the purchase of a car and customer satisfaction, which is rare this days. He wants the customer to be satisfied and happy with the entire process of buying a car and stands by his word. Very professional, courteous and nice and honest. So glad I met the people I did from this dealer, I have no complains on the contrary can not say enough nice things about them. I actually went to North Miami to a different dealer but this dealer was close by and went there since I was looking to purchase a Lexus. After meeting Lev my sales person and his manager Alfred we purchased our vehicle and felt comfortable. Alfred really stands out with his professionalism and honesty and how he cares about his customers and great customer service skills. If you are looking for a car, do not hesitate to purchase from this dealer. They will work with you and they have a lot of patience ,so that you are satisfied with their service and purchase and feel happy with your overall experience. Lev was great and Alfredo from service is great and Igor in financing, tech guy and the entire group. Thank you, happy with my new purchase and will not hesitate to buy a car from them again. I will recommend them and I usually do not leave reviews but they deserve it because they stand by their word and service and want to make your purchase a pleasant experience. Is hard to find people that will go above and beyond to help and make sure you leave with a pleasant experience and purchase. I am happy I purchase my car from this dealer because the personnel and leadership from this dealer in particular is exceptional. They will work with you in your purchase and make it right and do good by it. I did not feel pressure into buying a car and really felt comfortable with the entire process of buying a car. You will not spend all day in a dealer , no pressure just a great buying experienced from start to finish.
