Looked at GMC and Ford, but came back to Honda and found a pre-owned Pilot, which I eventually purchased with a trade-in. Liked your personnel, no high-pressure sales pressure. Used to be in industrial sales, so I appreciated no pressure. Laura and Darwin are a good, winning team! Thank you! Charles Parr More

I had a generally positive experience at Joyce Honda, specifically thanks to Kayla. She provided a no-haggle price over the phone for a new Honda Pilot and honored that exact figure when I arrived a week specifically thanks to Kayla. She provided a no-haggle price over the phone for a new Honda Pilot and honored that exact figure when I arrived a week later to close the deal. Her process was seamless and honest—I’d certainly recommend her to friends. However, I suggest doing your homework before entering the finance office. I dealt with Efren, and while the transaction went through, I felt pushed toward a third-party extended warranty. If you want extra coverage, be sure to insist specifically on Honda Care to avoid third-party complications. Additionally, their trade-in offer was significantly lower than the market for my car, so I sold privately to one of the on-line national platforms. Overall, Joyce Honda is a solid dealership that honors its pricing, which is rare these days. Just stay firm on your trade-in values and warranty choices! More
