Let me now ment I purchased a Civic back in 2007. While I do not remember names, the experience was very good. In October I purchased my second Civic. Let me now mention names. My salesman was Albert Vasquez. He was extremely personable. He took the time to explain the details of the navigation system, both before, and after the deal was finalized. I really appreciated that, since I don’t have much experience with that stuff. He was a good listener, and has a great work ethic. Hopefully, he’ll be around for my next purchase! Let me also acknowledge the Finance Mgr. Efren Madrigal. I would use the same attributes for him. Also, let me say that while I was waiting for him, he came over to me and explained that he would be with me in approximately 20 minutes. He apologized, and said thanks for understanding. These two are real pros, Joyce should be proud of them. More

They made the process straight-forward and easy, and they were very accommodating. Justin was easy to talk to, and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then some. Lauren was very friendly and helpful throughout the process as well! Justin and Lauren also checked in on me multiple times while I was waiting for my car to be ready, which I greatly appreciated. Mario was great too, and he was considerate and helpful with showing me the ins and outs of my car. Even staff members I did not directly work with were kind and welcoming without being overbearing. I felt like I could truly trust everyone I had worked with that day, and I will definitely come to Joyce Honda again in the future. Thank you all! More

Upon meeting her s I initially began the sales process with Gina who made sure I came in at the right time so I wouldn’t be waiting for a salesperson. Upon meeting her she remembered exactly what I was looking for and brought me to Trey. I was initially indecisive about whether I wanted to get into an hrv or a crv. Trey helped me decide by showing me both vehicles and explaining all the ins and outs of both vehicles. The process was quick and easy and Trey made sure I was happy with the price. Great experience. We were then brought to Efren to finish the deal thoroughly explaining everything I was signing and worked with me to finish deal quickly. I’m extremely happy with my new CRV and I would definitely recommend this dealer if you’re planning to buy a car.. More
