I had previously posted a negative review and I have to 100% retract that. Steve Johnston, the COO, and Daniel Flatt, the General Sales Manager at O'Meara Ford met with me today and fully resolved my conc 100% retract that. They in fact exceeded my expectations and made me feel heard and valued as a customer. I went from a one star experience to a true FIVE STAR customer experience.
