I always have a good experience at Lester Glenn Subaru in Toms River. Everybody is very very nice and helpful and honest. I never have to worry about anything. Shawn was my service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful and nice. Great guy. He taught me how to use my 2023 outback when I bought it and he’s very very helpful with my 2025 crosstrek when I have questions. I wouldn’t go to any other dealership because the people are so nice. More

I took my 2019 outback in to have the tire press sensors checked. They went over the whole car which was fine. They gave me a quote .The rear brakes needed replacing, tires needed rotating, belt needed rep checked. They went over the whole car which was fine. They gave me a quote .The rear brakes needed replacing, tires needed rotating, belt needed replacing, spark plugs needed replacing, cat converter was leaking and needed replacing and the tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced plus a few other things. Quote was over $7000.00 Totally absurd. I took the car and quote to a auto shop that I use all the time. They had a good laugh. When they did my car a week later they did the brakes which were definitely needed. The belt and an oil change. That's all the car needed. Yhe tires were rotated at the oild chang i did before. They were fine. The cat converter is fine. No leakes/holes. Gasket was fine. Pressure sensors are no big deal. I can do them whenever. Same for the spark plugs. They have a good 25k or more before they need to be replaced. This was the typical way the dealer treats a woman. Making me think that I need all this work and that I don't know any better and I'll get all upset and panic. Not me. I know better. They're just trying to rip me off by making up problems or making things worse than they are. This wasn't the first time they gave me bogus information and tried to scste me into thinking things were wrong when they weren't. They were being a money grab I will never take my car there again and when I finally decide to buy a new one it won't be from them since this is how I was treated. More

Spent so much money wasn’t even thorough. Made me come back. They had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks overpriced. I don’t even know what it was wrong with it. My complaint is not with service but on your new fee for using a credit card to pay for service. As if the cost of living isn't going through the roof, you are now charging your faithful customers a credit using a credit card to pay for service. As if the cost of living isn't going through the roof, you are now charging your faithful customers a credit card fee. And yes, I know other businesses are following suit, but you guys make enough money with the ridiculous cost of leasing cars, the increase in service costs for the customer and now you can't resist making yet more money by charging a credit card fee. Really appalling and shameful. As far as my service rep, she is kind and professional and I have absolutely no complaints concerning her. She is a ray of sunshine. More

My Legacy was serviced on March 18th, why do you send me a urgent notice that my vehicle needs SERVICE ON MARCH 20th ??????? Also, the service was completed and I received my vehicle, I left the service area went to the super market, got gas for my car , drove home and then approx 20 minutes later you send me a tex message that my vehicle is READY ??????? You probably pat yourself on your back another good job but administratively Lester Glenn Subaru you have a problem. More
