Kelley Blue Book and CarFax both recommended similar trade-in values, but Lester Glenn undercut those numbers by $3,000. 2. When I requested to leave and walk away from negotiation after that unserious trade-in offer, Lester Glenn pressured me to stay (hours) until I said yes. 3. When the purchase wrapped up after closing, all hospitality ended and I was rushed out of the door, so fast that I was not handed the primary key fob. 4. When I notified the sales team that I was only given one fob, there was no responsibility taken by Lester Glenn. They claimed they left the fob in the cupholder, insinuating that I misplaced it. 5. I did file a complaint with Subaru of America, but after a full month Lester Glenn Subaru would not take responsibility for not giving me the primary key fob. All in all, this was the worst experience I've had with a dealership. It has definitely tainted my perception of the Subaru brand and I can't fully enjoy my new car which I did want beforehand. For anyone planning on a new car purchase with Lester Glenn Subaru, please maintain the strength to walk away from a bad deal and learn from my mistake. Also, ensure you have both keys IN HAND before leaving the dealership to avoid a $900 replacement fee. *Edit 9/24/26: The second key fob has been found. During cosmetic repairs, a technician at Caliber Collision removed the door and found the fob inside the windshield wiper cowl trim cover. That's a very unusual place for it to end up, and it's also strange that the vehicle could still be locked from the outside with the other fob while it was sitting there. Because the fob was with the vehicle after all, I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. My concerns about the customer service I received still stand. More

He was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Mario, the Sales Manager, Will, the Finance Manager and Brandon the Car Detailer were also a pleasure to deal with. The atmosphere at the dealership is very friendly and no pressure.
