I brought my car there because my tire pressure was low. No sooner did they check it, they determined that I needed a new tire, put the tire on and then told me, it's covered. No complaints. When we leased the car, my husband chose a couple of service options on top of the standard warranty and it has paid off at least 2 x already since I got the car. The service advisor, Ekaterina, is so very sweet and courteous and understanding. She goes above and beyond each visit. She's great!!
