Lester Glenn in toms River Subaru is the best dealership I ever dealt with very nice people and I usually deal with the service advisor named Ekaterina Espinosa 3581. She is the best she’s very nice understanding and very helpful. She knows. I am very picky about my 2023 outback limited. I never have any scratches on it on the car or the rims. She always makes sure that it goes in and comes out the way it went in, no damage. She’s a very nice person and out of all the service advisors there that I have dealt with. She’s the best she is an asset to Lester Glenn. More

The problem is that first I had an appointment, and I was told that my oil change would take 1 hour. It did in fact, take 1 hour and 40 minutes. If I had known that it would be that. I don't know why it took told that my oil change would take 1 hour. It did in fact, take 1 hour and 40 minutes. If I had known that it would be that. I don't know why it took so long, although I did have side rails on my car, so they had some issues with raising the car to do the oil change. The service area was so packed on this day, that there were not enough seats. Something seems wrong with that. More
