Overall I was pleased with the service I received while buying this car. As a first time purchaser of an electric vehicle, I was unaware that a home charging cable was not included in the price, as people buying this car. As a first time purchaser of an electric vehicle, I was unaware that a home charging cable was not included in the price, as people I know who purchased other non-VW vehicles had received the cable when they bought the car. Even the owners manual I received(2022 version) had instructions as to the location and use of a charging cable. More
