Worst dealership I've ever seen. My GF received a letter from Honda stating that she needed to bring her Honda in for a "software update". She called Victory Honda, told the service My GF received a letter from Honda stating that she needed to bring her Honda in for a "software update". She called Victory Honda, told the service person what she needed and scheduled the appointment. The service person said that this normally requires 20 minutes, but could take up to 2 hours. GF went to her scheduled appointment this morning only to be told they need the car for 48 hours. When she stated she was told 2 hours, the service person told her that they're having issues with their update process and they need it 48 hours. She asked about a loaner car and the gentlemen point to Enterprise car rental across the street and told her she could rent one from there. What a joke. Never buying anything from them and will never schedule service with them again. More
