My salesman, Elias Sahwani is A+. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. After I had the vehicle delivered to my home I found a small problem with the forward facing camera. I contacted Elias and he and Mr. Rami Rassas assured me that since I lived far away that I could take the vehicle to a shop of my choice and they would pay to have the issue corrected. I really appreciate these gentlemen and how they cater to their clients. Thank You Elias and Rami for the great car. More

I walked in and test drove 2 cars and then I saw another one online so I called Elias to inspect the car and make sure the car is in pristine condition. I put my 100% trust in him knowing he will be very honest with me. By the time I came back to eCarOne the car and finance were all ready for me to sign off. This go around we walked out with 2 new vehicles and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Elias was our salesperson. This was a crazy transaction seeing how we were purchasing two vehicles at the same time however he was ABSOULUTLY AMAZING. He was one of the most professional Salesperson we have ever dealt with. He continued to make sure were taken care of while we were waiting for the financing to be completed.  His communication was excellent! We didn’t feel like he was “beating around the bush” or anything like that. He was honest and fun to work with. We also worked with Ozzie and Rami. This was our second time working with them and just like the first time they were outstanding. Both are very professional and make you feel welcomed. Most of the times when you go into a dealership you feel pressured and overwhelmed, not with these two. They make sure your car buying experience is smooth and relaxed. You can tell that these two are honest and just want to get people into vehicles they love and can afford! Since we purchased the two vehicles the other day I have received many compliments on the Jeep, which has allowed me to refer them to Elias! Thankfully I had some extra cards of his on me. There is always a little hesitation when purchasing a car online and site unseen. But I have to say E-CarOne did a great job with their advertising, explanation and pictures. I was lucky to come into contact with Elias as my salesperson and he was A+. I had a few questions and concerns and he was johnny on the spot responding and answering. We talked about what my wife and I really wanted in a high-end car. My only misgiving on the original car was the color. Elias suggested a different car that wasn't even on the web site yet. It was perfect and is the one currently in the garage. Elias handled all our questions and concerns, promptly answered all our calls, and was a true professional throughout the process. I'm 67, a retired AF guy, and have owned tons of cars. This was one of my best car buying experiences from start to finish. E-CarOne is a great place to do business ( great selection of vehicles within the inventory and great prices). Mainly I dealt with Elias and I do highly recommend his services and E-CarOne to anyone looking for a used high-end auto.
