Elijah Black

Ashley was great, even with buying the car from 2 hours away. And the personal service didn't stop at the time of sale. She has been a call away for any questions, A++ service away. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience with Elijah Black and the entire team at Jim Hudson Lexus of Columbia was outstanding from start to finish. We initially connected with Buddy, the Sales Manager, through an online i team at Jim Hudson Lexus of Columbia was outstanding from start to finish. We initially connected with Buddy, the Sales Manager, through an online inquiry and were then introduced to Elijah, who immediately reached out and took excellent care of us. During our drive to Columbia, Elijah stayed in contact, gathered the information he needed, and began much of the paperwork and approval process before we even arrived at the dealership. Because of his preparation and attention to detail, the entire buying experience was seamless and efficient. We spent far less time at the dealership than expected, and the team was able to secure an interest rate that was even better than the one we had already been pre-approved for. Everyone we worked with was professional, transparent, and respectful of our time. Purchasing a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but this was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences we've had. We highly recommend Elijah Black, Buddy, and the entire Jim Hudson Lexus of Columbia team. We will absolutely be reaching out to them again for our future vehicle needs. More
