He patiently answered every question, remained calm and professional, and clearly takes great pride in his work. After several weeks of narrowing down our options, we decided that Lexus was the right choice. Michael once again listened carefully to our needs and delivered flawlessly. He made the purchasing process as quick and seamless as possible, gave us a tour of the facility, and made us feel like much more than just another sale. It was also clear that Michael is highly respected by the other employees at the dealership, and after working with him, it is easy to understand why.
