I will not be returning to this dealership as a customer. The vehicle I purchased was delivered in poor condition, despite being promised it would be detailed. The overall experience felt rushed, as if the goal was simply to get us in and out once we chose a vehicle. On top of that, I found the manager to be unprofessional and dismissive. I was also stood up for scheduled appointments, which only added to the frustration. What makes this even more disappointing is that I referred someone to this dealership the very next day, and they had a similarly negative experience. That reflects poorly on me, and I regret making that recommendation. Based on this experience, I have no reason to return. More

Elijah was awesome but financing gave a whole issue when we were not financially through dodge as well as one of the managers tried bringing us a 4 thousand dollar price that was more then what was agreed a we were not financially through dodge as well as one of the managers tried bringing us a 4 thousand dollar price that was more then what was agreed and we fixed that he just kept repeating I’ve worked with navy fed a lot of times not knowing I work at navy fed and have been a manager for navy fed over seas. Very unprofessional in the end we got what we wanted but am definitely turned off by poor management and bad tactics. Adam Cantu tried to pull a snake move. And Latzu was just complimented. More

Very disappointed with my experience. I bought a used Dodge Hornet on December 19th, and less than three hours later the check engine light came on. I brought it back the next day and spent hours waiting, repeatedly being told the car would be ready when it wasn't. Multiple times I was nearly sent away without a loaner or rental, despite just purchasing the vehicle. I was promised rental coverage but still ended up paying out of pocket. Communication was poor, and one manager was dismissive and unprofessional. The only positive part of this experience was Caitlin in the service department, who was communicative and helpful. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with broken promises and poor customer service. I would not recommend this dealership. More
