Purchase experience was very positive. When information was requested of the sales agent or others on the sales floor, all were very helpful and information was given in a timely manner. One very important aspect of the vehicle’s presentation on the website was that although the vehicle was pre-owned, the original window sticker was included on the website. This allowed for easy review of all options. In addition, Eliot was very patient during the process as I proceeded to purchase my first pre-owned vehicle. He allowed me to thoroughly investigate the history of the vehicle to include checking to see if it fit through my garage door and also allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by my own mechanic. I also did not feel as though the dealership charged me for additional items such as a key fob or front license plate bracket. During the finance process, the dealership also allowed me the time to arrange financing on my own terms after I committed to the vehicle. Mike was very cooperative so that I could arrange for the optimum balance of down payment and loan financed. More

They sold me a car that had a bad operating screen in it. I took the vehicle back 2 days after I purchased it and the service department lied to me stating that nothing was wrong with the screen.
