The salesman Kordian was amazing. Previously I dealt with Ashley also prior to arriving to test drive the car I was intending to lease. She got me a great price on the car. While very competent, he kept pressuring me to drive off the lot with temporary NH plates (I live in Mass). I had been told by my insurance agent this was not valid. After I test drove the car and finalized the lease I did my own research and found out in fact this was not valid in Mass. All the staff I spoke with kept pressuring me to pick up the car and drive off the lot with the temporary NH plates. It was only when I adamently refused and threatened to cancel the lease (I was within my 3 day recision rights) that I finally got the dealership to agee to send a runner to the Mass RMV and register my car. From the moment I walked in, with Metallica on the sound system and the laid back approach of Josh, I never felt the dread that usually goes with the territory, associated with the car buying experience.
