My very 1st experience at the dealership was excellent which is why I decided to come back to get some of the services Elise suggested. The 2nd experience was not the same. I had to wait about 40 mins bef which is why I decided to come back to get some of the services Elise suggested. The 2nd experience was not the same. I had to wait about 40 mins before my car was pulled in to get to Elise. Once I met with her, I tried to figure out which services I would get with her guidance. I called before my appointment and asked that she email me the list of suggested work before I arrived to make the appointment that much more efficient. While I was at the desk, Elise and I discussed what services I would be doing that day. I asked Elise the prices for the work. This is when it all went to xxxx. She could not seem to come up with a price. Elise was not comfortable with my line of questioning. The more I asked for a price, the more she started to tense up, which immediately put me on guard. From that point, her micro aggressions intensified. Which made it very uncomfortable for me. As a non-confrontational customer, I really just wanted to get the price and have the work done. Elise did explain that the prices changed and that's why she couldn't land on a definite price and apologized. I accepted. The appointment did not not go as planned. I ended up only getting one service when I planned on getting several. More

Service person Elise was unconcerned with issues that I was having with my vehicle, when I continued to ask that my vehicle be repaired properly, she encouraged me to go to another dealership. She then pus was having with my vehicle, when I continued to ask that my vehicle be repaired properly, she encouraged me to go to another dealership. She then pushed me over to Vladimir who is the supervisor who then stated that they have done enough for me already. If I had known this was the service I would be given, I have never purchased my vehicle there. More
