Allen, Thank you for taking the time to provide honest feedback regarding your recent experience at our service facility. After reading through your comments, it is clear that we had every opportunity to deliver the high standard of service you deserve, yet we failed significantly in our execution. I sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused, and I make no excuses for the lapses in our performance. I am sorry that you had such a negative experience. Without question, we should have done our jobs better. We have established processes designed to ensure clear communication and accurate billing, especially regarding warranty deductibles. In your case, those processes clearly broke down. From the unacceptable delay in starting your repairs while you were away, to the significant error regarding your $100 deductible. It is now my responsibility as the Service Director to determine exactly where these process failures occurred. With that in mind, I welcome the chance to speak with you directly for two main reasons: Accountability: The details of your experience are vital for us to understand and hold ourselves accountable to your overall satisfaction. Resolution: I would like to personally review your repair order and see what I can do to make things right at this stage. Even though this visit did not reflect it, we truly value your business.
