Josh was very polite and understanding. He was excellent. I scored the dealership a four just due to the length of time having the car. We came in for our routine oil change. First visit where we waited. Liz was awesome. She told us what to expect showed us the waiting area. Couple days later she followed up with us to make sure we were happy with our visit and that everything was ok. Highly recommend you come see her! More
