I'm so sorry that we were confusing and lacked transparency during the checkout process. You should have never been subject to inaccuracy of duplicate charges because of internal failures. Mr. Walker, thank you for taking the time to speak with me regarding your previous visit and allowing us to repair the issue with your headlamp. As a team, we really do appreciate the positive feedback as well as where we could have done better. We use your feedback to grow as a team and better serve you. Again, I am very sorry that we put you in a position to perceive that we were attempting to upsell you. That was/is not our intention. At Klaben the entire team treats each customer as if they were a close family member. If a family member were to drive out of our parking lot and get hurt because of a safety issue that we didn't convey, we would all be devastated. It is the same with our customers. Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your recent experience at our service facility. While we appreciate the positive marks in some areas, especially the 5 star scoring for Liz, the overall 3 star review is what gets our attention. Then reading your comments, we understand why. We had a process failure, causing us to miss resetting the oil life monitor, as well as setting tire pressures, and for that, I apologize. You are correct in being disappointed by us missing these steps. I would be disappointed as well. Your comments have been reviewed with our team, as they are tasked with identifying the root cause for the process failure, and for also taking corrective action, as necessary. I also appreciate you taking time to engage with me via email. I trust that our communication is an indication that we truly value you, and your business.
