Mechanic Dave did an excellent job. He was polite and answered to all my quests about my car. Joseph Cassello was rude and shout at me that he is loosing money because of me!? when I was trying to find o answered to all my quests about my car. Joseph Cassello was rude and shout at me that he is loosing money because of me!? when I was trying to find out why he charged twice bigger amount of money, then he was saying for beginning He was super rude. I was very stressed and couldn’t even explain anything since he wasn’t listening. Joseph was rejecting even to show the paperwork, was saying :what do you want to se ? I was shocked. I am a client at this place for almost 10 years. Never ever had such a terrible experience 😢 More
