After dealing with Subaru and going back and forth with them for 3 weeks about a new truck I bought and having three alignments performed I was able to finally get my new truck fixed with CJD , they fixed them for 3 weeks about a new truck I bought and having three alignments performed I was able to finally get my new truck fixed with CJD , they fixed it same day as my drop off and had it done in a couple hours, 10/10 exp More

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Walser Hopkins and returned it within days after learning of undisclosed safety information. After delivery, I discovered open safety recalls with manufacturer guidance advising owners not to charge the vehicle and to park away from structures. This information was not disclosed during the sale. I found it only through my own follow-up. The dealership focused heavily on selling warranties and add-ons, yet failed to provide basic safety disclosure. The retail contract also included sales tax and registration despite my disabled veteran exemption being acknowledged. When concerns were raised, responses were inconsistent and dismissive. Information provided by the manufacturer was contradicted. I was pressured to return the vehicle immediately before close, required to deliver it myself, and given no written confirmation at the time. This experience reflects poor disclosure, poor communication, and lack of accountability. Buyers should independently verify recall and safety information before purchasing here. More
