On Saturday, December 16th we had to have my vehicle towed in to Younger Nissan for diagnostics. Upon arrival, we met with Joe in the service department who assisted us with the drop off and time frame towed in to Younger Nissan for diagnostics. Upon arrival, we met with Joe in the service department who assisted us with the drop off and time frame to have work done. From there, Eric in sales assisted us in looking at the newest Sentra. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient as we decided to buy a new vehicle. He has great people skills and it shows! He was able to get us a reasonable trade in value for my previous Sentra, and also made sure we did not feel pressured or that our purchase was too high for our comfort. He is simply fantastic! From there, he introduced us to Paige in financing and she helped us get to a monthly payment we were very happy with. She has such a great personality and she was also a joy to work with! We also met Joe, the sales manager and everyone working was so nice. Car buying can be very stressful, especially when it’s unplanned like it was for my fiancé and I - but we cannot thank the team at Younger Nissan of Frederick enough for their time and kindness! Came in with a vehicle that needed some work. I did not want to put any money in the vehicle as it was already on its last leg. Jaelyn was very nice and helped as well however he was newer and did not have all the experience to help me. After I found that they could help I was introduced to a little lady named Paige. She was very nice to me. It was rather funny that Rob was so tall, and Paige was so short. They helped me find the perfect vehicle, and helped me through the process of financing the vehicle. If you need a vehicle go see these guys, and girl. They can help you out no matter what your situation is. More
