The service manager is amazing! After having my brakes replaced last year the new brakes squeaked...loudly. After several unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem I asked to speak with the Service Manage replaced last year the new brakes squeaked...loudly. After several unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem I asked to speak with the Service Manager. He ordered new brakes and they were installed at no cost. No more squeaking!! More

Very professional! I purchased my Nissan at a F*rd dealership. They did not have the necessary equipment to address my issues. This dealership not only fixed the problem, they also provided a loaner v dealership. They did not have the necessary equipment to address my issues. The service rep who I worked with was great, very friendly & efficient. I was able to easily get a ride back home - thank you to the cashier. A big thank you to the tech who washed my car - it was so friendly & efficient. I was able to easily get a ride back home - thank you to the cashier.
