I’m still getting rejection letters because of one of your salesman when I let him see what an upgrade would look like. Was only for Nissan, but he put it out there everywhere. I got 10 rejection letters your salesman when I let him see what an upgrade would look like. Was only for Nissan, but he put it out there everywhere. I got 10 rejection letters and 2 more yesterday. I’m outraged he would lie and run my credit like that without asking. It’s a pandemic and all he’s concerned about is profit. Shameful More

Great service and great location, but depending what type of service is being done on your vehicle, could mean a very expensive repair bill, or an acceptable repair bill. I come here often to have routine maintenance performed on my car. There’s always something... On today’s visit I paid for the oil change and tire rotation “special” and they forgot to rotate my tires. Mos on my car. There’s always something... On today’s visit I paid for the oil change and tire rotation “special” and they forgot to rotate my tires. Most of the employees at the service department are unfriendly and lack basic customer service skills. I stood there for a good 5 minutes (they all saw me standing there) before I was acknowledged. When the work was finished I was texted instead of told that my car was ready. I was sitting in the lobby and the gentleman who assisted me could see where I was sitting (Claudio). More

I only had one issue with a service writer that tried to sell me front and rear brakes that I didn't need - I took the front wheels off at home and had plenty of pad left. Get a second price/opinion from another shop on any major work. I get oil changes, brake fluid flush, and transmission fluid flush here while I wait in their comfortable waiting area. I recently dropped my car off in the evening and they bough me an uber home and then back the following day - the following day uber had issues and ended up taking 2 hours longer than expected. I had difficulty communicating with the dealership but eventually they handled it. More
