Have used this dealer for several years including Krieger's, the dealer prior to Morse. Both dealerships had/have very good people who are very good at what they do. I'd rate Rob the service manager 5 stars. I have not had many interactions with rob, only a few, but every time I've talked with him, he's been incredibly friendly, understanding, and accommo I have not had many interactions with rob, only a few, but every time I've talked with him, he's been incredibly friendly, understanding, and accommodating. we were introduced to ed morse GMC after purchasing our new Acadia, and Rob said he would provide service on our non-GMC vehicle too. this was our first positive interaction with rob. we brought it in for a standard oil change, and had an issue while rotating the tires for its second visit. Elizabeth told us they couldn't do anything about it due to them being not a Honda dealer, but after speaking with rob, he was very understanding of the situation, and we were incredibly grateful for him and his team to fix the issue and rotate the tires. I plan on coming back to Rob for service with either one of our vehicles in the future. thank you rob! More
