Great Modern Shopping Experience I was able to shop completely online and over the phone. The description of the vehicle and pictures were clear. The pricing was exactly as stated on I was able to shop completely online and over the phone. The description of the vehicle and pictures were clear. The pricing was exactly as stated on the website. Financing was straightforward. My trade in was handled fairly and over the phone. They delivered my vehicle to my home when I bought it. I even left some personal articles in my trade in vehicle which were promptly mailed back to me within a few days. Truly what modern car shopping should feel like. More

Did not like the way Wes Herlong talked to Natalie after she went to ask him a question about pricing which was brought up by me. His tone and reply could have been presented differently. Good idea to close the office door when discussing things when customers are present. More
